MAKING MOVIES: Spent the weekend making movies!  (Can’t think of anything better.) I’m helping produce and shoot the short film “Caller” which was written and being directed by my friend, Mike Paletta.  Totally a good time.  In addition, both our locations were within a block of where Christopher Nolan was shooting The Dark Knight Rises.  Needless to say we passed his set several times, catching glimpses of the bat-mobile, and gunfire. Cool stuff.  Kind of funny: On our second day we were shooting outdoors between The Dark Knight’s trailers, crafty tents, and set…no one noticed our much smaller film though (This is a good thing!) Thanks to a great crew, a couple more days of production and this film will be wrapped!
