THE MERCURY MEN ARE HERE: Its finally here.  My friend and Pittsburgh native, Chris Preksta, premiered his show The Mercury Men today on »SYFY.COM«. I’ve been pretty excited about this one.  Written and Directed by Chris - the show is like those classic adventure serials. Think Indiana Jones meets Twilight Zone.  As a Spielberg nerd, this is right up my alley.  I had the privilege of seeing a preview screening last week and the show proved to be a heck of a lot of fun.  I think its important to note that Chris not only wrote and directed The Mercury Men, but did pretty much everything else single handedly (i.e. music, graphics, even acting!).  As an added bonus, my friend Amy Staggs makes an appearance in the first episode (we worked together on my short Feral a couple of years ago).
